- Reservation and Stay Management: To confirm and manage your booking, process check-in/check-out, issue GST invoices, and communicate stay-related information.
- Legal Compliance: Government-issued ID data is collected as mandated by Indian law. This information may be shared with law enforcement or government authorities if required.
- Payment Processing: To process and reconcile your payments securely through Paytm.
- Customer Communication: To send booking confirmations, invoices, check-out summaries, and responses to queries via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Safety and Security: CCTV footage is retained for security purposes and is not shared except in response to a lawful order.
4. Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with:
- Payment Processors: Paytm (One97 Communications Ltd.) for secure transaction processing.
- OTA Partners: Minimal data (name, check-in dates) shared for reconciliation if booking originated from an OTA.
- Government and Law Enforcement: As required under Indian law (e.g., police C-form for foreign nationals, court orders).
- Hosting Providers: Website hosted on GoDaddy servers, which process data per their own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
- Guest records (name, ID, stay details, invoices) — minimum 5 years to comply with GST regulations.
- CCTV footage — 30 days, then overwritten unless required for an investigation.
- Website logs — up to 90 days.
6. Cookies
- Session cookies — essential for the booking form. Deleted when you close your browser.
- Analytics cookies — if Google Analytics is enabled, anonymised data is sent to Google. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
7. Data Security
- All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted via HTTPS.
- Payments are processed by Paytm's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store card numbers.
