I am K. P. Venkata Krishna Rao, Proprietor and Owner of Ananda Nilayam, located at 4-79, HIG-A, Phase IV, APHB Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. My journey in the accommodation and hospitality sector began nearly three decades ago — starting in the year 2000. Since then, our property has earned a strong reputation for providing quality, affordable accommodation to students, working professionals, and visitors from across the country.
As Gachibowli evolved into one of Hyderabad's premier business and technology hubs — particularly with the rapid commercial growth along the DLF corridor and the emergence of HITEC City — I recognised an opportunity to expand into the hospitality industry.
